About Kirstie
A hugely experienced, motivated and adaptable manager with a background in both the private and public sectors, Kirstie joined The HSQE Partnership in 2022, rapidly becoming a truly indispensable member of the team.
Having spent the previous three years as an NHS surgery practice manager, she’s no stranger to working in a complex and fast-paced environment, working flexibly to manage the challenges posed by a wide variety of demanding stakeholders. During 2020 alone, she led the integration of a remote clinical triage system throughout the COVID pandemic, all whilst overseeing a programme of staff training, patient education and practice marketing.
Analytical, organised and extremely hard working, Kirstie oversees many of the organisation’s day-to-day operations, handling any challenges that may arise, and adapting to the ever-changing environments in which our team work.
Key responsibilities
- Providing business administration support to the Board and wider team, including financial management and reporting
- Liaising with clients and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information
- Working alongside third parties to provide marketing support to the business
- Project management
- Providing people, HR, and recruitment support
I may not have been at HSQE for very long, but my time here so far has been amazing.
