About Andrew

A 17-year veteran of the wellbeing and healthcare sector and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, Andy joined The HSQE Partnership back in 2022, taking on the role of Principal Wellbeing Consultant.

Committed to driving change and improvements in mental health and wellbeing, throughout a career split between the public and private sectors he’s supported a whole host of complex organisations, managing health and wellbeing programmes that have added real, measurable value both in the workplace and beyond. From psychological and mental health support, to physical health, and nutrition management, his enduring passion is focused upon improving the lives of the communities in which he works.

A published author, and an award-winning public health expert, over the years he’s acted as a national assessor for the Royal Society for Public Health, as well as playing a pivotal role in the London Olympic Legacy Project.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and managing a wellbeing programme across multiple and complex organisational structures
• Providing contract management across a suite of wellbeing preventative and reactive services
• Developing referral pathway routes into wellbeing and health services to support and develop people
• Transcending organisational boundaries with innovative approaches to wellbeing, including accessibility across employee populations
• Monitoring and evaluating against best practice frameworks to ensure effectiveness and value for money
• Spearheading innovation in relation to employee wellbeing, proving bespoke consultancy and assurance where required
